► Ordering: Our Film to DVD transfer retail store is also the place to order your Tobin telecine equipment from, by phone, email or fax. We have operating hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday USA Pacific time.

        

         Your technical questions can probably be answered here Monday through Thursday, and the best time to phone is 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Driving directions are here.

        

         Because we have so many models and options, most machines are custom built to your specific requirements. Please ask us for the current shipping estimate for the model of your interest. Thanks for your patience.

 Email note: We answer all legitimate emails received. If you don’t see a reply in a reasonable time, and we are not closed for vacation, check your spam filter settings and your spam in-box. Some emails seem to just plain disappear into some “write only memory”. In the event of no reply received, please send your inquiry again, or phone.

                 In cases where email to Comcast is blocked for some reason, a message sent instead to clive at tobin cinema systems dot com (no spaces) will get through.

 

 Fax note: The shop fax number is 509 315-9895. Since we get so few faxes, this line is mostly used now as our spare phone number, so please call first and tell us to turn on the fax machine.
