Just thought I'd give you some feedback on the TVT-16 telecine machine we bought from you recently. We have now started using this machine and are delighted with the results. The picture quality is simply breathtaking and it's hard to see how it could be improved further. We have just been commissioned by the BBC to transfer both 8 and 16 mm films for their TV series "Preserving the Past" and they were very impressed with our equipment and especially the TVT machines when they visited our studio.

I received the 16mm machine last Wednesday afternoon (wow! DHL ground is fast! You shipped on Monday) and all is just fine! The machine is wonderful! Works & Looks great! Loads film fast & smooth. The Video output looks great, and your very complete instructions will be very helpful to anyone who is unfamiliar with this type of equipment. Greetings Clive: I was quite surprised when the TVT 16 arrived this morning (Thursday), I wasn't expecting it until around Monday. I am really very impressed with the machine. It appears to be very well built. In the past I have transfered films via, those stupid little transfer boxes, projecting on a white surface with a 5 blade projector and for the last few years using an Elmo trv 16. This unit outperforms all of the above! The image is nice and bright, very sharp, the colors are true and the whites don't bleed or smear at all! Kudos to you and your staff for an excellent 16mm film to video transfer machine. The wait was worth it!

Clive: You're welcome for the remarks, I wouldn't say them if they weren't true :). One thing I forgot to mention is that just as you advertised, the image is totally flickerless and no roll bars at all! Sure you may post my remarks on your testimonial page and you may post my contact info for the time being. If it happens to get out of hand I'll have you remove the contact info.
